| Grand Theft Auto 4 | Thursday, March 01, 2007 Posted By: Jake
Grand Theft Auto IV news is beginning to trickle out bit by bit! As you can see, the box art has now been released. In this same release, Rockstar Games has announced that the PS3 version along with the Xbox 360 version will be released at the same time. This is good news for Xbox fans but not so much for us PS3 fans. It was kind of nice when the GTA titles came out for PS systems first.
Another bit of unfortunate news is that the game's release date may be pushed back from Oct. 2007 until the beginning of 2008! I was a bit disappointed to hear this news because I have been pumped about the release of the game since it was first announced several months ago.
I wish I had more news for you, but Rockstar is still being rather shy about the details at this point. From what I hear, we have an excellent title headed our way!Labels: Games

| Spiderman 3 - Special Edition | Friday, February 23, 2007 Posted By: Jake
It has been announced that SpiderMan 3 will be released to PS3 owners in a 'Special Edition' format! This is a very cool benefit! QJ had this to say about what we will be getting with this edition:
What will we get in this Collector's Edition, you ask? Well, Activision and Sony have teamed up to offer a ton of bonus features including webisodes from the Spider-Man 3 movie, an exclusive interview with producer Avi Arad, and behind the scenes talks with Tobey Maguire, Topher Grace, Thomas Haden Church, James Franco, JK Simmons, and Bruce Campbell who were involved with development. If that enormous list doesn't tickle your fancy then maybe access to special Spider-Man 3 trailers plus other goodies yet to be revealed will. I am very excited about this game. I really enjoyed SpiderMan 2 on PS2 and this one looks like it will be 100% better! Stay tuned for more!Labels: Games

| NBA Street Homecourt - PS3/Xbox 360 | Posted By: Jake
That's right folk... NBA Street Homecourt is out in stores! Although, it may not be easy to get your hands on due to the lack of quantity. EA has truly outdone themselves on this one! I am not usually a very big fan of basketball video games, but I must say that this one is quite impressive. Not only are the graphics great, but the gameplay is quite fun.
I highly recommend this title as one to own. This particular NBA video game is much more appealing and just plain more fun than the alternatives available for PS3! This game has 3 on 3 street ball and even a few WNBA stars awaiting you!

| Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway Screens | Posted By: Jake
Brother's in Arms: Hell's Highway will take full advantage of the innovations the Unreal Engine 3 brings to the world of gaming! This game promises to be quite sensational. I am a huge fan of war games such as Call of Duty 3. This game appears to have some of the better graphics that I have seen in any of the Next Gen games.
The coloring seems to be much more vibrant in comparison to Call of Duty 3. IGN described the coloring in COD3 as "washed out" in comparison to the Xbox 360 version, and I think they are right. I will admit that the "washed out" coloring actually added a bit of realism to the game because the game is a WWII based game and it should look old. That is just my opinion and I find it to be correct.
Anyhow... The new BiA:HH will not be released until November 2007 unfortunately, but it is good to know that we have so many excellent games to look forward to.
